The nitro pour brings a lush, pillowy mouthfeel that elevates this winter classic to peak smoothness — rich, warming, and silky AF.

Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen

We're taking it back to the early days of Australian craft beer with a true OG Hazy. This brew features a hefty addition of wheat malt for a full-bodied, bready base, and we’ve teamed up with Mogwai Labs to use their OG Haze 3 yeast, brand new to Australia. Expect notes of banana and clove, elevated by a ferulic acid rest during the mash to really boost those clove aromas. With careful fermentation for ultimate drinkability, this beer is a perfect companion to a pretzel and a Maß - so sit back, relax, and enjoy a taste of nostalgia.

IPA - New England

Heart of Darkness

Pale and hazy in true “New England” fashion. Big pineapple, tangerine and stone fruit on the nose. Rich and creamy mouthfeel. Finishes with a tropical kick of lime, guava and pomelo.

Pale Ale - American

Heart of Darkness

Pale gold in colour. Lush tangerine and mango on the nose. Medium, balanced body. Finishes with big juicy notes of peach, citrus and blueberry. Single hop pale ale showcasing Mosaic from the US.

IPA - American

Hong Kong Beer

2016 World Beer Cup bronze medal winner. This aggressively dry-hopped, West Coast India Pale features intense citrus, tropical and berry hop flavours and aromas from some of our favourite American hops with a light body, balanced bitterness, crisp, dry finish, and a freshness that can only be found in a locally brewed beer.

Pale Ale - Other

Heart of Darkness Brewery

In collaboration with our friends at Charles Faram, we are very honoured to showcase this cheeky little devil. One of the freshest hops from out of the UK, Harlequin is a world away from its noble heritage, displaying delicate notes of passionfruit and peach. Here, in this British summer ale, we pair it with an uncomplicated malt base to let this new hop truly hold court.

Darkest ruby to black in colour. Deep roasty coffee-like aroma dominates with a hint of chocolate in the background. Roast and pleasant bitterness also dominates the flavour and contrasts the creamy mouthfeel. Easy drinking and moreish despite the intensity of flavour. Classic pairing – freshly shucked oysters. Also pairs with roast meats and dark desserts.

Cider - Dry

A medium dry golden cider, with a smooth and refreshing taste. Crafted from a blend of our favourite apples including Dabinett, Porters Perfection and Harry Masters Jersey.
